After breakfast and coffee, we take a light drive to the agricultural cooperative Olive and wine in the small village of Tinj not far from the town of Biograd.
Upon arrival, welcome with prosciutto, cheese, figs, olive oil and wine tasting, after which we will head to harvest asparagus, a wild culture in the Mediterranean with a thousand-year tradition of preparing this one of the healthiest foods and cleansers rich in nutritional value. After the harvest, return to the estate, tour of the estate, winery, oil mill. If guests do not want to pick asparagus, they can stay on the farm where they will participate in light work activities on the farm.
Our activities are followed by lunch at the lookout of the estate, which offers a beautiful panorama of the olive, fig and grape plantation. For lunch we serve homemade dishes from harvested asparagus, grilled meat or fish with side dish and salad, and wine in unlimited quantities. After lunch return to Raznjevica Dvori at the agreed time.
