Ražnjevića dvori as a heritage diffuse hotel consists of six suites with 20 beds, in several separate buildings per hectare. The suites bear the names of family members who built the building and lived in it through the last century (Ivan and Cvita - Jerina, Grgo and Matija-Maša (Guberinka), Dmitar and Ika - Lucija, Božica and Zorka, Ante and Tomica, Marija and Grgica). They are located in the buildings of authentic stone masonry, which has retained all the elements of indigenous architecture and construction typical of this part of Dalmatia. The suites have separate entrances, rustic furniture and modern equipment for maximum comfort and year-round accommodation.

Suites "Ivan and Cvita", "Dmitar and Ika-Lucija" and "Božica and Zorka" are located on the ground floor and first floor in the central residential building of the estate, which houses the reception, where it is possible to take a break reading or drinking tea / coffee. Suite Grgo i Maša - Matija (Guberinka) is in a separate building in the foreground of the property above the pool next to the flower garden next to the century-old mulberry tree. Two remained Holiday homes are at the top of a spacious network of buildings in front of an olive grove that covers the hill above the property, and landscaped terraces and gardens.

The complex also consists of a kitchen, taverns (Vatrenica - "Ivan and Milica", "Dmitar, Dane and Duje"), a lounge, a conference hall "St. Cosmas and Damian" (patron saints of Polača) with audio and video equipment, a mix of outdoor terraces , open pool of 50m2, several connected yards, olive grove with about 200 indigenous and Italian varieties and a vineyard with authentic varieties of Northern Dalmatia (Plavina, Debit, Maraština) from which it produces its own extra virgin olive oil and quality wine. In addition to the open terraces, there are several glazed outdoor areas with heating / air conditioning suitable for relaxing or eating in a horticulturally enriched environment.
